Qualify flight hardware before it leaves the ground

Satellite power systems, payload electronics and flight boards run long, repetitive test campaigns. m8rix runs them the same way every time, and keeps a record of every step.

What you can validate

m8rix for space and satellites

  • Power conditioning and distributionRegulation, efficiency and transient response of PCDUs and point-of-load converters across the input range.
  • Battery and solar array interfacesCharge and discharge profiles with battery and PV simulators, including eclipse transitions.
  • Payload and avionics boardsBring-up, current draw per mode and interface checks, with the firmware built and flashed from your repo.
  • Long soaks and repeat campaignsQueued runs overnight and over weekends, with the same steps and limits each time.

Workflows

Say what to test. It runs the rest.

Each workflow starts with a sentence. The agent turns it into a plan you review, then runs it on your bench.

01

Converter qualification

Sweep input voltage and load, measure efficiency and ripple at every point, flag anything outside the spec.

> Sweep the 28 V bus from 22 V to 36 V at five loads and check the 5 V rail stays within 2 %.

02

Eclipse profile

A PV simulator follows an orbit profile while the load draws the mission current, and the battery bus is logged throughout.

> Run the eclipse profile for ten orbits and log the battery bus voltage and current.

03

Flight software regression

Build and flash each firmware release, run the functional checks, and compare the waveforms with the last release.

> Flash the new OBC build and rerun last week's power-mode checks.

Why m8rix

Built for hardware that has to work

Limits it cannot cross

Your device's ratings are hard limits, checked on every step by deterministic code. The AI can't loosen them.

Every run on the record

Every command, who asked for it and the result, with the data and waveforms kept for review.

The same test, unit after unit

One plan runs on every unit of the build, so results can be compared line by line.
